Registration and filing service
Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food in China
The Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Overseas Manufactures of imported Food (Decree No. 248 of GACC) requires: the registration administration of overseas production, processing and storage enterprises of exported food to China.
China Health Food

China New Food Ingredient
As stipulated in Article 37 of “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” (Revised Edition of 2015), the use of new food raw materials to produce food shall submit safety assessment materials of relevant products to the health administrative department of the State Council.

In the territory of the People's Republic of China, the production and operation of packaging materials, containers, detergents, disinfectants, tools and equipment (hereinafter referred to as food relative material) used for food should comply with the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China".
U.S. FDA Facility Registration&Low-Acid Canned Food Registration
The Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002(the Bioterrorism Act) and its companion regulations require that all domestic U.S. and foreign manufacturing facilities exporting to the United States must register with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) (also known as "Anti-Terrorism Registration") to obtain an FDA registration number. A Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number must be used as the Unique Facility Identifier (UFI) for registration purposes.
South Korea Overseas Manufacturer Registration Services
Under South Korea’s Special Act on Imported Food Safety Management and its implementing regulations, all foreign food manufacturers exporting to South Korea must register with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) before submitting import declarations. Registration is valid for two years, and shipments from unregistered manufacturers will be rejected at customs.
Vietnam Food Product Compliance Filing Service
Under Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP (the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of Vietnam), all prepackaged food products imported into Vietnam must undergo mandatory compliance registration or filing with Vietnamese food safety authorities.

Japan Clarifies Product Categories Excluded from Designated Animal Quarantine Requirements
On 1 July 2026, the Animal Quarantine Service (AQS) of Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) published the Specific Criteria for Materials Clearly Considered Not to Pose a Risk of the Spread of Monitored Infectious Disease Pathogens Due to Their Manufacturing Process or Other Circumstances. The document is an administrative notice that took effect on 1 July 2026. Issued under the Act on Domestic Animal Infectious Diseases Control and related regulations, it specifies the conditions under which products derived from designated quarantine materials or prohibited materials are regarded as posing no risk of transmitting monitored animal diseases and are therefore excluded from designated animal quarantine requirements.

Malaysia Updates the Guidelines for Control of Cosmetic Products by Revising the Annexes on Cosmetic Ingredients
On 6 July 2026, the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia issued Circular No. 2/2026, updating Annexes II, III, IV and VI of the Guidelines for Control of Cosmetic Products in Malaysia to align them with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. The Circular is a formal regulatory notice and took effect on 6 July 2026.

New Zealand Seeks Public Comments on the Draft New Zealand Infant Formula Products Standard
On 30 June 2026, New Zealand notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of G/SPS/N/NZL/793, inviting public comments on the Draft New Zealand Infant Formula Products Standard. The document is a draft standard for public consultation and has not yet entered into force. The consultation period is open until 29 August 2026.
